TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE ONLINE STORE

    • The Owner of this online store is AS Lääne-Tallinna Keskhaigla, registry code 10822269, located at Paldiski hwy 68, 10617 Tallinn, Estonia, email keskhaigla@keskhaigla.ee.
  • Validity of Terms of use, product and price information
    • The Terms of Use enter into force upon purchase of the Goods from the Online Store from the moment when the Customer has confirmed their order at the Online Store and the amount payable has been received in the bank account of the Online Store.
    • The online store is a sales channel located at https://shop.keskhaigla.coursy.io/.
    • The Goods is a product sold through the Online Store. The Goods is a pre-recorded video. Information about the Goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the Goods.The Goods are available within 30 days from the payment for the Goods.
    • The Customer is a natural or legal person who purchases Goods from the Online Store.
    • The prices of the Goods sold in the online store are indicated next to the Goods. The prices of all Goods sold in the Online Store are in €, the prices are shown both with  value-added tax (VAT) and without VAT. The Owner reserves the right to change prices.
  • Placing an order
    • To order the Goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. The required data fields must be filled in to place an order. The screen will then display the amount of the fee, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Luminor, Pocopay and Liisi ID.
    • NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the "Back to merchant" button on the bank's page.
    • Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS.Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. The Owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
  • Delivery
    • The Goods will be delivered to the Customer digitally, information on receipt will be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Customer.If the ordered Goods cannot be delivered for any reason, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible, but not later than 14 days after the notification is sent.
  • Right of withdrawal
    • After paying for the Goods, the Buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract entered into in the Online Store.
  • Right to lodge a claim
    • The Online Store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the Goods sold to the Buyer with the terms of the contract, which already existed at the time of delivery of purchased Goods to the Buyer.
    • The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within 7 days of purchase by sending an email to koolitus@keskhaigla.ee or by calling +372 666 5320.
    • The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
    • If the Goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective Goods. If the Goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will return to the Buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.
    • The Online Store shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
  • Direct marketing and processing of personal datane
    • The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the Buyer only to process the order and send the Goods to the Buyer.
    • The Online Store does not send newsletters and offers to the Buyer's email address.
  • Solving arguments
    • If the Buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by email to perekool@synnitusmaja.ee.
    • If the Buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the Buyer can turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee.The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here: https://komisjon.ee/et/avalduse-esitamine. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the agreement concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store.The review of the Buyer's complaint at the committee is free of charge.
    • The Buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.
